Karaoke Night at Sessions by the Bay is the South Bay's signature weekly ritual for grabbing the mic, letting your guard down, and sharing the room with people who are genuinely here for a good time — all inside San Diego County's only 21+ cannabis consumption lounge.

All Mic Long LLC hosts the floor with the kind of easy, crowd-reading energy that makes even first-timers feel at home. Whether you're a regular who's been warming up to your go-to song all week, or someone walking in on a whim, the night is paced to keep the laughs coming and the mic passing. Alongside the singing, 710 Labs joins as the cannabis sponsor of the evening — their lineup of flowers, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, and edibles is available through the in-house menu, so you can shop on site and settle in before your name gets called.

Karaoke Night keeps coming back because the crowd keeps showing up — it's become one of those Sessions fixtures that earns its place on the calendar alongside the venue's rotating live music and brand programming. Come early, find your seat, and get ready to hear some things you won't forget.
