Return & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY: All cannabis sales are final pursuant to California Department of Cannabis Control regulations. Defective cannabis cartridges may be exchanged for the same product only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Non-cannabis smoke devices, merchandise, and apparel may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided items are unopened and unused.
No refunds. No exceptions.
Returns based on taste preference or undesired effects will not be accepted.
All returns or exchanges must include a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., product label with customer information).
