Soul Ablaze lights up Sessions by the Bay for another installment of Live Band Friday, delivering a full night of live funk and soul at San Diego's South Bay premier 21+ cannabis consumption lounge.

Verdell Smith and the band bring the kind of deep-groove R&B that settles into your chest and doesn't let go. Warm brass, pocket rhythms, and soulful vocals fill the lounge while you settle in, shop the in-house menu, and let the night unfold at your own pace. Alongside the music, Strictly Lit, a San Diego-based lifestyle brand known for their vape pens, concentrates, and indoor flower, is on site with a brand activation adding another layer to the experience.

Live Band Friday is a regular ritual here, and this is the night to be part of it. Welcome to the Session.
