Israel Maldonado and his band Puente bring their San Diego Latin funk sound to Sessions by the Bay for another chapter of Live Band Saturday — the South Bay's ongoing ritual for live music done right inside San Diego's premier 21+ cannabis consumption lounge.

Puente is the kind of band that fills a room with something you can feel before you can name it — groove-heavy, rooted in Latin rhythms, and alive in the way only a full live band can deliver. Settle into the lounge, shop the in-house menu, and let the night unfold at your own pace.

Live Band Saturday keeps coming back because the format works: a real band, a real room, and a crowd that shows up ready to connect. This is that night.
