Every Wednesday, the room shifts — Reggae Wednesday is the weekly live-music ritual at Sessions by the Bay where roots rhythms, dancehall pulse, and real community energy come together in San Diego's South Bay cannabis lounge.

Selecta Fari is on the decks, spinning vinyl the way it was meant to be heard: warm, intentional, and alive. Whether you're deep in the culture or just finding your way into it, this is the night that earns its midweek slot — the kind of gathering where the music is the main character and the lounge just holds it right. Pick something from the in-house menu, settle into the glow, and let the riddims do the rest.
