Reggae Wednesday is the midweek ritual at Sessions by the Bay — San Diego's only 21+ cannabis consumption lounge — where roots, dub, and dancehall grooves fill the room and the night finds its own easy rhythm.

Come early and settle in: JETTY rolls through with a brand activation from 5:30–8:30 PM, giving guests a chance to explore their lineup of pre-rolls, vapes, and concentrates before you find your spot on the lounge floor. Shop the in-house menu, light up legally, and let the music carry the rest of the evening — no outside cannabis, just good product, good sound, and the kind of crowd that shows up for both.

Reggae Wednesday is a returning fixture here — one of those nights that keeps pulling people back to San Diego's South Bay, week after week.
