Roots reggae and rolling rhythm return to Sessions by the Bay as DJ Mr Hek takes the decks for another installment of Reggae Wednesday, the lounge's ongoing reggae ritual in San Diego's South Bay.

DJ Mr Hek brings the deep cuts and warm grooves, the kind of set built for a slow exhale and good company. Shop the in-house menu, settle into the lounge, and let the music do the rest. Farmer's Cup, known for their flowers, pre-rolls, and concentrates, is on hand as the featured cannabis brand sponsor for the night. No outside cannabis; everything you need is on site.
