The Self Care Sunday Runners High series returns for its Pre-Thanksgiving "Cousin" Walk, a community run-walk from Sessions by the Bay out to Pepper Park and back, the perfect way to earn your appetite before the holiday hits.

We Run SD leads the charge, and the route is as approachable as the morning itself. All paces are welcome. When you cross that finish line back at the lounge, E10 Labs is on hand with a cannabis tech activation showcasing their heat-not-burn, pre-dosed formats, a cleaner, combustion-free way to settle in after the miles. Farmer's Cup rounds out the sponsor lineup bringing their flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates into the mix. Shop the in-house menu and unwind at your own pace; no outside cannabis is permitted on site.
