Wake & Bake Sundays is the cannabis brunch ritual San Diego's South Bay has been waiting for, an unhurried Sunday afternoon at Sessions by the Bay where the coffee is strong, the lounge is yours, and DJ Ukeim is behind the decks setting the perfect mid-day mood.

Hosted by All City Entertainment, the session unfolds at its own pace. Shop the in-house menu, find your spot in the lounge, and let the music carry you into the afternoon. No outside cannabis; everything you need is on site.

If you want to make it a full Sunday, Dayna Hill's Self Care Sunday Pilates class runs earlier the same morning, a great way to arrive already feeling lengthened and ready to settle in.
