1. Overview & Eligibility
1.1. The Sessions Loyalty Program ("Program") is managed by Sessions by the Bay and is available to individuals for personal use only. To be eligible: - You must be 21 years or older, or - 18 years or older with a valid medical cannabis recommendation from a licensed California physician.
1.2. Only guests aged 21+ may redeem rewards involving onsite consumption or lounge access, per California law.
1.3. Each guest may maintain only one loyalty account. Accounts may not be shared, pooled, or transferred.
1.4. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use. Terms may be updated at any time without notice.
2. Enrollment
2.1. Guests may enroll in-store or online at www.sessionsbythebay.com.
2.2. You must provide your full name and valid email address to enroll. Optional details include birthdate and phone number.
2.3. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. One account per email address is allowed. In case of dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address will be deemed the account owner.
3. Earning Points
3.1. Points are earned on qualifying purchases made in-store or online. Tiers determine the rate at which points accrue:

3.2. Points are awarded based on net purchase value (after discounts, before tax and fees).
3.3. Points are valid and redeemable the day after the qualifying purchase has been completed.
3.4. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3.5. Points expire after 90 days of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchases during that period.
4. Redemption & Rewards
4.1. Points can be redeemed in-store or via our website.
4.2. Redemptions follow a consistent value structure of approximately 12,000 points per $1 in retail value. Sample Rewards:

4.3. Guests must meet or exceed the point requirement to redeem a reward. Rewards may change at any time and are subject to availability.
4.4. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other accounts.
4.5. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
5. Bonus Opportunities & Milestones
5.1. Guests may earn additional points during promotional periods or for special activities: - Double Points on the 20th of Each Month (Loyalty Day), Conditions Apply - Double Points on Birthday (ID required) - Double Points During Select Brand Activations - Double Points at Onsite Events - Occasional Referral Bonuses (when available) 5.2. Promotions may change or be discontinued at any time.
6. Account Management
6.1. Members are responsible for the security of their account. 6.2. Points earned through fraudulent or abusive behavior may be revoked at our discretion. 6.3. We reserve the right to change the structure, tiers, reward values, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice. 6.4. To cancel your membership, contact us at support@sessionsbythebay.com or speak with a staff member in-store. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of unused points.

7.1. Sessions by the Bay is not responsible for technical issues, lost data, or unauthorized account use. 7.2. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be substituted or withdrawn without notice. 7.3. Program benefits are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
