Self Care Sunday is a returning wellness ritual at Sessions by the Bay — and this one opens with a Wake & Bake in the lounge before Teal Grenney leads an intimate 60-minute Vinyasa Flow on the open-air patio, set to the soulful sounds of '90s R&B and hip-hop.
Teal is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) trained in Thailand. Her classes move at a pace that feels both energizing and restorative — focused on breath, mobility, and mindful presence. All experience levels are welcome: whether you've been practicing for years or you're stepping onto a mat for the first time, you'll feel at home here. The morning is sponsored by CLSICS, whose pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and wellness products round out the full lounge experience. After class, linger for raffle prizes, community moments, and photos before the rest of your Sunday unfolds.
Space is capped at 16 guests — keeping it the kind of small, connected gathering that makes Self Care Sundays one of the most-loved recurring experiences at San Diego's South Bay consumption lounge.
Walk-ins always welcome — a reservation just saves you a spot.
